The beautiful game!

Problem is we do that at home as well. Somehow we have to continue to show attacking intent after we take the lead, commit more players forward. We've got the players and passing ability to out play most teams in this division.

Five bookings we got from a ref who hasn't issued any yellow carfs this season. The one on Arter was one of the worst decisions I've ever seen.

Best hope for Leeds is that Cellino fails his fit and proper persons test, as it turns out the judge ruled that he actedly dishonestly in a fraud crime.

If that does occur, where would that leave Leeds though?

Hey Southampton fc, any chance we can keep Boruc for the season? Two clean sheets out of three and in the other only beaten by an unstoppable volley. He's a man mountain with a great presence in the box and you can see he breeds confidence in our defence.

Obviously I hope I haven't put the kiss of death on him and he concedes a hat full at Derby on Tuesday.

I think the plan is for the loan to be extended in Jan until the end of the season, when he is out of contract.

Forest just starting to loose its early season momemtum. The loss of Reid's creativity is a major concern, and Fryatt needs to get back playing soon.

Last 2 League games, no goals....

Mixed reactions to Bradford getting a point yesterday, pathetic 1st half and it took a pearler of a free kick from Yeates to save City's bacon. 2nd half a much better performance but still lack that cutting edge in front of goal and incisiveness in midfield.

As for the referee, what a moron! Giving Port Vale a penalty when the ball struck the back of a Bradford defender and giving City a free kick when a player clearly got fouled inside the penalty area. Phil Parkinson went ballistic, marching down to the linesman demanding an explanation why no penalty was given. Parky was rather fortunate not to have got sent off, probably because the match officials bottled it.

On a side note the PA system was broken, was nice to experience a game without music and MCs.

Colin Cooper resigns. Not totally unexpected but the shambles at the club isn't his fault. The owners are not putting any money in (using FFP as an excuse), we're heading for the Conference as things stand. Cooper's a nice bloke but he was in a no win situation. Certainly the genuine fans don't blame him.

An exciting game at Adams Park yesterday. We didn't play great but kept going and got a well deserved equalizer. Northampton are a physical bunch, with a right brute at the back, but we fought like for like. As for the ref...........shocking. Not biased, just really poor.

Just seen the League tables, Jeff Stelling and Aidan aren't going to be too pleased by how it looks right now. Made worse by being beaten 3-0 at home by the side who were previously bottom of the football league.
