The chapter where he recounts romantic picnics with Downton on sunny Australian beaches will tug at the heart strings. So will the inevitable fall out and the near heartbreaking re telling of sitting at home in the garden with his wife and children pulling at flowers - he loves me, he loves me not.

Alas, the rest of you will still need to wait for this beautiful piece of Tolstovian literature.
