I don't think the USA have ever beaten Ghana so they would take a draw. They will almost certainly need the 3 points though if they are going to claw their way out of this group.

Looking forward to seeing the USA. Have a feeling they will get out of this group, and by all accounts they are expecting them to have fantastic numbers of supporters in Brazil(more than anyone but the hosts)....
