FIFA World Cup group stages

The beautiful game!

UEFA have made noise that they dont want him to stand again.

But if he has the backing of the other regions then he will get back in. Kinda sad that say Tahiti has the same voting rights as Brazil. Never see that in cricket with say nepal having the same voting rights as India. Though both organisations are as corrupt as each other so perhaps there is no hope for international sport.

By accusing of racism, he will keep all the smaller nations on his side, pretty clever amongst his idiocy.

Didn't he also change the rules just so he could stand again ??

Sadly Blatter is no Idiot. The people that continue to believe what he says, and trust him, they are the fools.

I fear Plattini would be just as bad though, he often sounds like Blatters puppet.

The tournament kicks off tomorrow and this must be the first time I am showing no enthusiasm for it.

I'm looking forward to it, as always. For me, it's still the best sport tournament, pipping the olympics. Wait till we hammer Italy. Your enthusiasm will return :)

I think that UEFA delegates in attendance at FIFA's AGM have been instructed not to applaud Blatter should he announce his candidacy later in the year

I assume that that has been driven by Platini

Possible but it seems unlikely they will wear anything other than the famous yellow in front of their own fans.
