Broad recommended to give up international T20 to save fitness, considering how few T20 games there are it's a bit pointless. Giving up all one day cricket would make more sense.

True enough. And really, the merits of taking to the WCT20 could be re-examined. If England (Mike Newell was talking) are thinking about limiting his cricket, then surely it's got to be for more than T20.

It's been a bit disappointing to see Tim Bresnan's contributions for Yorkshire. As a player stepping down from international cricket, he could be a championship winning player for Yorks. But if a spinner is brought in for the later part of the season, it's not certain that Tim wouldn't be the one to make way?
