Telling people to grow up seems to be a standard expression from you. The fact is that chucking and spot fixing are two ways of cheating one of which is obvious to the naked eye and could be dealt with, the other hidden and difficult to detect.

It could be, but it won't be, hftb, - too many ICC jobs at stake. Chucking is far more prevalent now than it was in the days when action was taken against this particular form of cheating,

So you would say that a guy who takes steroids in athletics and wins plenty of gold medals is much better than a guy who once agreed to get paid 3 times his annual wage to run under 10 seconds?

I have no doubt about Ajmal, he looks like a chucker, cant really see the difference between the two...

Bit of a difference between steriods and a suspect action, im not condoning Murali or Ajmal, but I'd much rather have either of those playing and trying to win than having Kaneria or Westfield.

Fixing is a MUCH bigger issue.

I fail to see the difference, surely both give you an unfair advantage, and are therefore illegal?

Does a chucker go out of their way to deceive to gain an advantage ? I'd actually say Malingas action is much more of a problem than Ajmals but that rarely gets mentioned.

and if your putting it down to would I rather see someone cheat to try and win or deliberately try and lose, then I'll take steroids and dodgy actions every day of the week, as sport is about WINNING ( again I am not condoning Steroids or chucking, but its nowhere near as bad as fixing )

Fair comment. Though both are cheating, only one is rigorously pursued by the authorities and the other, though it contravenes the laws of the game, has been condoned in an ICC ethical and logical "fudge" of epic proportions.

Gloucester lead Kent by 478 and they are still batting on.

They bowled them out for 114 earlier, GET ON WITH IT.

Has to be in the Lions squad if not the main squad. Ridiculous how he's always overlooked.

Another one who left Durham, think it was his decision although we could/should have done more to try & keep him. If I remember rightly he got injured at a time when most of the other bowlers were also injured so he had no chance to prove himself.

I seem to remember Will getting 4 for not too many in a List A game against us and we lost by something stupid like 150 runs.

That must of been his last season at Durham.
