By all accounts the pitch was a bit spicy yesterday morning when overcast, but once it flattened out and dried it was expected to be quite good for making runs.... Even if Warwickshire get to 300-350, you should back Sussex to win.

It's a toss up which is more depressing, our batting or listening to the radio commentary when Clive Eakin and Phil Britt are on together. Their monotone voices are so dreary and Phil Britt talks like what my Mum would have described as "an old washer woman".
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

Your batting hasn't been that bad by accounts. Said on the couple of reports I read that Sussex served up some special bowling in the first innings
