The England Lions fixtures this season do not clash with any Championship cricket ( at least that was the intended plan) a very sensible idea.

India and Sri Lanka are warming up against county opposition before facing England, whilst the Lions are playing a triangular limited overs tournament with New Zealand "A" and Sri Lanka "A" in August during the 50 over cup, a good move.
