I also assume that i free the money spent (x) on S D Snell and that amount (x) will be added to my previous balance of 40K. From this capital i am buying Poynton. Hope this capital budget calculation is correct and allowed.

Cash and valuations were only used at the start of the game. From here on you can release up to 2 players every Friday and bid on up to 2 each Sunday. Money does not change hands, players are simply exchanged.
