Few months back i saw in my dream that Sachin scored a century against England in England. I think that was in test as he was wearing whites. He was unbeaten on 108 and playing but the dream stopped then and i could not know which team win. Anyways i could not have sleeped for entire test to watch his full innings and who won . Are India playing England soon. Maybe my dream will come true

No but he will score more test centuries than any other- his runs have come over many years - and he perhaps will be judged on his eventual career record but figures only tell how many but the best not only score heavily their batting is remembered by old fellows like me who also remember how not just how many.

Still think Laker's 19 wickets is the ultimate performance and can't see it ever being equalled let alone surpassed.

Another ton on a good wicket and against quality bowling. One cannot forget the contribution of Ramakant Acharekar. Hope the Hazare and Patil academy produces a gem as well. The Vengsarkar academy is doing well in club cricket and i am looking forward to some cricketers blossom through that club. Having said that it is Anjuman E Islam who is developing a sensational teenager in Sarfraz Khan.
