Quite a turn around at Edgbaston

Davies, Yates and Clarke have been scoring huge quantities of runs for fun in the first 3 matches and they've all hit a wall in this match

Pretty dismal here. Not that there's any cricket in Nottingham, but if it's typical, then there isn't going to be any action today.

Presume New Road is under water, but Worcs are actually playing, because they are in Kidderminster.

I see Ben Stokes wasn't too impressed with one of Sussex's wickets in the game against Gloucestershire....posted the replay on Twitter, suggesting the ball was more likely to hit leg slip than the stumps, and I am hastened to agree with him. Quite a bizarre decision ... was missing leg stump by miles

that also happened for one of the Yates wickets in Warks match against us. Graham Clark, I think, given out lbw to a ball that turned so sharply that it would almost certainly have missed leg stump by a mile

maybe it was the same umpire?

and does the ball only have to hit the pad in line with the stumps these days. If the umpire sees the ball turning from well outside off and strike the pad in line with leg stump is he obliged to give it? I genuinely don't know any more. Hawkeye seems to have changed umpire perceptions of what is and isn't out these days

Probably just the one result. Doesn't seem Worcs will take their chance of beating Somerset.
