According to the Times all players who played in the West Indies will be rested from the 1st round of CC matches ,with the exception of Crawley for some reason. Implies they'll be available thereafter.

Both articles are ambiguous as neither article specifically named Lees.
This is the relevant part of the Times article:-
"Zak Crawley, the Kent batsman, will be the only player to have appeared in the Test series in the West Indies who is available next week,"
Can't see why Crawley would be available and Lees not but it is ECB we're discussing
Hopefully he will be available but the weather forecast suggests a lot of disruption to the match anyway.
Yes, it's confusing! Other odd thing in The Times is Broad being rested from the opening round even though he hasn't played since January.
