After the end of the T20 domestic competition comes the 50-over variant.

Caught the first (and winning) innings in the match between Chhatisgarh and Chandigarh where the former's total of 302 proved far far too much for their opponents. They were led from the front by Harpreet Singh who made up one of two hundreds from his side to claim their second win in Group D and go third.

Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Saurashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan lead their respective groups after three matches.

Ruturaj Gaikwad is having an excellent competition thus far. The Maharashtra man has scored three consecutive centuries to score almost nearly double his nearest competitor. Wicket taking is less clear cut with 4 players tied with 9 wickets a piece. Uttar Pradesh's Shivam Mavi is the most economical.
"It has been said of the unseen army of the dead, on their everlasting march, that when they are passing a rural cricket ground the Englishman falls out of the ranks for a moment to look over the gate and smile."
