Photo of Carse on club website recuperating in hospital after knee surgery.
Release of fixtures delayed until January. Notts and Yorkshire interchanging divisions perhaps?

There’s no way Colin Graves should have been allowed to chair ECB meetings (be they about Durham’s future as an international venue or the need for a new-team tournament resulting in more major matches for certain venue) which might have been seen to have had an impact at Yorkshire, the club which owed his family trusts £20million.

of course not. The ECB didn't listen to that either

Will Young has signed for Northants for most of the 2022 county season

That's a shame. He played well for us, and I'm sure he must have been one of the options we were looking at, particularly since NZ players seem to be available for longer than just short term deals.

Nothing at all coming out of the club regarding squad strengthening. No intention of renewing membership until I see some evidence of this happening.
I've contacted the club for assurances on this issue.

Eye witness quote "the board gave way like a trapdoor" . Perhaps disrespectful then to refer to the stand as such. Perhaps renamed as "the England batting stand".

I think it's because he's now classed as overseas here. Remember reading something about how the change in status would help SA by letting a lot of county cricketers return to their domestic competitions.

Still no mention of any new senior signings although academy intake announced.

I'm assuming Haydon Mustard is Colonel's son - he does have a son of that name.
