Harry Brook has had a fine start to the season. his first 3 innings have yielded scores of 41, 66* and 62 in pretty low scoring contests

Yorks tidying up the Notts tail. Handy lead for the southern side though.

Good going for the Overtons to both get fifties in such a low scoring game.

Kent's second wicket partnership approacing 400. Might be in the realms of a county record.

Yes it's the county record for any wicket. Which was set by Dickson and Denly three years ago.

Yorks going past Notts with one wicket down. So well balanced game. Runs for JB1.

I know. Was trying to be sarcastic
Started with a string of single figure scores and, after being praised as one of the best fielders on the circuit, dropping slip catches!
To be fair though a handful of games in an extraordinary season isn't enough to pass judgement and apparently Kent did offer him a new contract.
My main concern is that a career average in the mid 30's is unlikely to go up playing at the Riverside. In all likelihood it will go down- especially for an opener.

Oh sorry. I took the question literally.

Few times I've seen him, always struck me as a player who looked very good. Good enough to draft him into my CC fantasy team 2-3 odd seasons back.

Having monitored his scoring that year it seemed he got in a lot, but didn't cash in enough. Lots of -20-25-30-35 ish scores then gone.

Yes, I think he had a poor year in division 1 last year and the average suggests a lot of middling scores.

Bairstow out. But did a good job.
