Trevaskis has better hands than Potts. Another skier, and Coughlin has 3 wickets..... that's how bad Yorks have been

3-22 for Coughlin
bowled better tonight by and large

six and out
Yorks could only muster 104 all out
good work in the field from the lads. Getting Lyth early and Malan one ball later made all the difference... top stuff from Matty!
3 wins on the spin.... blimey!
just the simple matter of Notts and Lancs and then we can look forward to the QF's

after being caught and bowled by his old opening partner Lyth, I imagine Lees will have enjoyed returning the favour by taking the catch for Lyth's wicket

I'm sure those two games will be straightforward
Amazing turnaround though to win 3 in a row, Yorkshire unlucky with the forced absentees but we've gone from seemingly hopeless, back to the mid-90's whipping boys, to looking pretty decent.

After a bright start, we are losing wickets again
Ben Raine has just holed out trying to hit a six over the longest boundary into the wind. Not convinced that was particularly smart. Lets hope Bedders doesn't just scratch around again
44-2 after 5
just losing our way a little. Only 3 of our players are scoring runs and 2 of them are out

Now Bedders holes out
this is brainless
we were 40-1 off 4 now we are 47-3, 9 balls later
not every ball has to be hit over the top.... it's just basics

how much scratching about will Behardien do before hitting one straight to a fielder?

No Jennings (calf strain), so no curse of the ex player tonight
not that that will do us any good. Must have been a thousand years since we last beat Lancs
these two are sensibly taking stock a little. We were in danger of gung hoing our way to a tiny score

75-3 after 10
need to start scoring now. this is the same pitch that the ODI was played on, and we all saw how short that boundary is, so now is the time to start targeting it

60m boundary
all spin
can't seem to score more than 3 or 4 singles off these overs. CRR is falling off a cliff

sleep walking our way to 140 atm. we aren't even trying to turn ones into twos, let alone hitting boundaries.
I can easily imagine how many sixes Coughlin will concede to a 60m boundary
6 overs since we last hit a boundary
maybe 140 is optimistic

Behardien finally makes a move
12 runs off the 13th over

Behardien holes out
anyone spot the theme?

that's better
Carse spots that there's this really short boundary.... who knew?
doubles Parkinson's tally in one over. 15 off it, 15 off the other 3
