How does membership work.
Decided to get a full membership to Middlesex and the Surrey and England membership mostly so I can watch some cricket on my days off and don’t have to pay for the t20 games, thinking of going to a lot of the t20 games on Friday, sat and Sunday.

But not really sure how does it work how can my tickets be guaranteed for the t20 games when their usually get sold out do i seriously just turn up with my card or do I have to tell them before hand which game I will be going to.

Tbh mostly got the membership for 2021 international tickets since India touring and lords probably gonna host India twice in the test matches.

Depends if your county membership includes T20 games - does at Durham. If so, you just turn up. England membership probably gives you priority booking for test matches but no guarantee.MCC members get 1st priority.

At Middlesex I get a priority window so don’t have to enter the lords ballot for tickets and at oval I get guranteed tickets for the seat I choose.

Which is pretty good considering lords and oval tend to sell out even before the ballot and general sale.

Guaranteed ticket is probably the wrong word they reserve my seat till a certain a date and if I don’t buy it they sell it to someone else.

Both include the t20.

Glamorgan sounds similar to Durham, so this may be the norm. Though Sophia Gardens never sells out.

Just found out from twitter, Surrey is first come first serve, same with Middlesex but they do say to come early if you wanna go to the game guaranteed.
Both place do have massive section reserved for members so it isn’t really a likely occurrence of getting rejected.

once upon a time membership could get you a discount at some away grounds. Certainly Lancs used to knock 10% (or something like that) off the entry fee.

doubtless money talks too much for that to still be the case

free entry for Leics members at all Warks, all Derby and some Notts fixtures

and Leics offer £99 membership, although that doesn't include the Dribble

Regarding T20 Blast, any games likely that sell out in advance (Middlesex v Surrey in your case) will have a priority window for members to reserve their seat before they go on general sale. Rest of the time you just rock up on the day and scan your membership card at the turnstiles.

Entirely dependent on the county. Sussex has different levels for each competition included
