Easterns easily had the beating of South Western Districts in, what I think is, the only continuing cricket league other than the PSL going.

Easterns did not have to bat again as they got SWD out for the gain of just 64 runs. It was again Clayton August who did the most damage with all 5 of the wickets to finish with 7-40 and 11 for the match - sneaking him into top position in terms of wickets taken in the competition with 39 from 9 games.

Easterns are now second with SWD second to bottom.
