And a good start is what Yorkshire will make given England player availability and the fact that they're playing Hants twice. Yorkshire do have an ageing attack hence more prone to injury but have the strength in numbers with bowlers to cope with that.
Hants attack last year was abysmal and whilst they have theoretically strengthened with Abbot it seems to have been ignored how ineffective he was at Worcs last season. Topley and Edwards are too injury prone to be relied on.
There seems to be little back up to Bailey and Jarvis at Lancs now that Tom Smith has sadly retired. They'll also lose Hameed and possibly Livingstone to England later in the season.
Essex are an unknown quantity but the loss of Masters must weaken their attack considerably.
Hants certs for relegation then probably with Essex.
