Twenty-one off a Van der Merwe over seems to have saved a disappointing last ten overs for Warks.

94* for Bell. Somerset chase 285. With Patel in their side, I'm slightly favouring Warks.

A slow pitch but few demons so is a target of 285 comfortable? Before the innings started I thought at 300+ would be needed but the way this top order batted it appears scoring is not easy. I think it's up to Patel and Poysden to get Warks home.

Feeling in the stands is that it's fairly even with Warwickshire slight favourites.

Bookies have them at 4/11, so I've had a few shillings on Somerset...

Just caught the end of Warks beating Somerset at Lords in 2010 with Bell getting a wonderful hundred, but only Ian Bell could get out in the last over needing just one run to win.

Despitethat early wicket Somerset are racing ahead of the rate, Wright bowling too many boundary balls.

Somerset in total control on a pitch with no threat. Only batsman error will get wickets.

Not scoring quickly though. But drifting their way.

There's the first mistake. Abell gone.

Patel seizes the diem. Looks like a Warks v Surrey final.

A Durham-esque wobble by Warwickshire just when victory seemed certain. I still think the Bears should win though.

Could do with a wicket though.

Bell and Patel have done my FL team proud. Together with Davies and Batty for Surrey it's been a good two days.
