Leicestershire have overhauled their captaincy structure.

"Mark Cosgrove will continue to lead us in four-day cricket and Mark Pettini will take the reins in one-day cricket. Paul Horton and Clint McKay will support them in their respective roles of vice captain but I am looking for leadership throughout the playing group."

Leicestershire have brought in a few more 'old lags'. I hope it helps them to win another couple of matches this year. I'm also hoping that ex-Durhamite Ben Raine has another good season
