If Hants bat to lunch, they can put pressure on Yorks and chase a small total. It feels slightly more likely than Yorks setting Hants a total on a surface where Liam Plunkett has scored a ton and the first innings is happening on day four. I'd take a win though.
I always say that everybody's right.

Massive sportsmanship if they haven't.

Probably would have declared overnight if they were going to set anything up.

Wood opening the bowling, Edwards injured or ill?

Are Hants protecting Edwards? Haven't let him bat and aren't letting him bowl. Tactical decision, perhaps, with the assumption that they've probably done enough to save the match?

perhaps Benks has been saving money by getting rid of his physio and conference calling Wor Nige for advice on keeping players healthy

"Hit it with a spoon, Dale. If he doesn't scream, and if it doesn't swell up like an egg, then don't worry, he'll be fine for the next match"

"Thanks Nige... what if he does scream or it does swell up like an egg?"

"I'll get back to you later, when I've had a chance to cross reference things in my 'Janet and John go to the hospital' book"
