Lancs have had a decent start to the season.

But as you say, getting bowled out for around 100 after electing to bat first suggests we are going to really struggle this season.

All out. Now let's see what Tino does on that pitch.

I'm more wondering how far we'll be behind at stumps.

It took us about 30 overs to get to 50. Lancs are there after 8. This could be a total mauling.

This is rubbing in how truly bad we have been today across the whole team. Probably going to be a fair few more days like this before the season's up.

It might well be as much to do with how good Lancs attack is with the bonus of Jimmy. Certainly they're the surprise package of Div.1 so far.

Whilst I appreciate your words, getting bowled out for 109 is awful. Worse than awful.

To be honest, the quality of our bowling has never been in doubt. With your injury worries, you're going to struggle to take advantage of our fragile batting line up.

I bow to your superior local knowledge M.S. Just thought Wagner was an unknown quantity in the CC,Jarvis in Div 1 of CC and Jimmy is only temporary. I rated Tom Smith but he still appears to have injury concerns according to the Cricket Paper.

I think NZ should give Wagner the new ball as he bowls full and finds late swing. Instead they use him to bowl bouncers when nobody can get a wicket. Got 7 wickets in his last Test.
Very underrated. In his 3rd CC game he has 15 wickets to Anderson's 9.

At least we've slowed the scoring rate down slightly this morning.

At the moment we're heading for nil points from this game.
