Bit of a fightback on as Smith gets Woakes. Bell starting to up the tempo and we saw how deep Warks bat against Sussex

Good performance in the second two sessions to claw our way back into this, especially considering the form Bell is in. Hopefully we can take the last wicket less than 80 in arrears.

That is a good recovery, no wicket for Anderson yet, which is odd.

Really solid day, despite the weather. Fought back with the ball limiting Warks lead and will close only 40 odd behind having not lost a wicket.

Still a day to bat out, but things are looking better.

I see Moores thumped 122 against Hampshire, strange what a change of club will do!

Excellent evening session for us. Horton and Reece have dug in and seen us through only 30 behind. More of the same tomorrow gents!

Kerrigan goes, just over a session to go and a lead of 107....

This Lancashire batting line up looks terribly brittle when Prince doesn't perform

120 off 32 to win, that was some collapse.

Exceptional from Kerrigan to completely cut the legs out from under any Warks chase.

It's not just Prince, we've a batting line up of inconsistancy, really not helped by Reece's shocking start to the season.

Has Reece played in Division 1 before? Might struggle to adjust for a few matches if not. I guess Horton is a decent player, Prince will score enough runs to win you a few matches, and Buttler will give you a better lower order.

What about the bowling? My guess is that Kerrigan will get another chance in the England setup now Moores is boss, and without Anderson does that leave you a little flat in the bowling?

Reece broke into the first team last year, so this his is his first season at Div 1. We've plenty of players who can contribute runs, but all of them have struggled for consistancy. I'd like to see Brown back at three next game.

The bowling isn't really a worry, even with out Anderson we have the services of Ali, Chapple, Hogg and Jarvis as first choice picks. Losing Kerri would be bad, but Parry could come in and have a blinder.

I think he's playing in the second team game against Yorkshire. Joe Root's also playing.
