I caught a few mins on the radio, and Kevan James was saying how he likes Cobb, but he averages under 25 in FC cricket, Can't see him giving up Leics captaincy to be a back-up for us.

But he has retired in their match against NZ A today with a hand injury. Now that might put him out of Surrey's next game...

On the other hand if he's out of the England squad they may ironically call up Vince as a bench warmer... Hopefully (From a Hants POV, all the luck to him of course) Wright is possibly ahead of him.
