My problem is them being listed as first class games, not the matches taking place, good talent will still be noticeable in non-competitive games, without players getting their averages stupidly boosted, Samit Patel scoring 256 is the prime example.

Just seen it on BBC. Completely out of the blue to me. Good luck to him in what he decides to do next.
