Sounded like a key moment. I think bowling is a weakness for Durham so had he stayed in it could have changed the outcome.

I did think that 344 was a lot of runs, but there were some big old scores around the country

Neil Wagner signed for the remaining Championship games and also available for selection for the 50 over games.
Should be an excellent addition and give the red ball attack a cutting edge that has been lacking at times this season.

344 is a lot of runs, so I'm sanguine we probably had too many for Lancs even if the old boy wasn't run out

Campbell said he thought 270 would have been par - although he was also a bit critical of the bowling, saying they kept conceding boundaries from the first and last balls of the over so I think it might have been closer than it looked.
He also said he's making changed to the attack for the next game.

the 'double the score after 30 overs' rule suggested an unlikely 240, given that they were 6 down, but they're up to that now and there's still the chance of another 40 or 50 runs from here

Yes. They were 6 down and only going around 4 an over with about 20 overs to go. It had to be Libby and wouldn't surprise me if that's Singh's best score!
230/8 just now with 4 and a half overs to go.
