I fear we've declared too late (unless we can take at least one more before the close tonight), because as a batting team you can bat out a day with nine wickets in hand. But I can understand why. There is absolutely no way we can afford to lose this, so we put on more than we realistically needed to.

If only the umpire had raised his finger when we had the huge LBW shout against Wessels first ball.

And there is that second wicket, in the final over. Massive. Welcome to the match Mason Crane.

Looking like a draw right now.

63 overs to get 7 wickets, one wicket every nine overs.

We need one of those mini collapses where 2 or 3 wickets go down quickly.

Probably need at least 2 more down by tea.

Notts starting to accelerate, perhaps they're thinking of winning this from here.

65 runs in the last 10 overs, Notts in with a great chance from here.

Would pretty much finish all hope of avoiding relegation.

Big losses against our rivals in the last couple of weeks.

7 down. I haven't checked the table but Notts must be huge favourites to go down when/if they lose this.

Blimey I haven't checked in an hour, and Notts lose 5 wickets, always good to show pessimism!
