Matt Parkinson signed on loan from Lancs for the Derbyshire game- Kuhnemann out with a back problem. Good move but that injury is a concern, he has been exceptional in the 3 games so far.

Who drops out... Trev or Coughlin?

I'd keep Trev in, personally, although Coggers has done pretty well this season. As much as anything, with Potts Raine and Carse in the side I'm not sure we need another seamer. Plus he has a poor record with injuries, so give him the chance to rest up a bit. We're going to need him if England have another round of resting Potts and Carse in May

I wonder if Du Plooy and Guest will score 10,000 runs against us again this year?

Yes, would be an opportunity to give Coughlin a rest and I think I'd do that. Only thing is the forecast isn't great so I wonder if we'll play all 3 of the faster bowlers, Trevaskis a very handy player but not a prolific wicket taker so maybe Coggers is more likely- famous last words- to help bowl out Derbyshire more quickly. Or perhaps more likely to pick up an injury and leave us in the lurch when Potts or Carse are unavailable so I'd go with your plan.

Gone now but what a great century. I thought he'd be a great signing and for once was right. Think there's something in this pitch for the bowlers too. Fairly persistent drizzle now though.
