Just a little bit. Best overseas signing we have made since the Bond/Warne era

Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

Other than Vince bowling 3 overs that should of gone to Smith, the bowling aspect of today couldn't of gone much better ( being realistic )

Forgot about immy my bad. With the new ball due early tomorrow you would hope we can knock them over fairly quickly... never know though.

Potentially going to have Groenewald in against a brand new ball, should be interesting.

Either a golden duck or the fastest 100 in cricket history on the cards.

Weather for Wednesday still looks awful, so if we are to win this then it's going to have to be via enforcing the follow on.

No criticism on our part if we fail to take these last three wickets in time, as there's nothing we can do about the weather. But nevertheless, it would turn an opportunity for victory into a near certain draw.

I wouldn't be shocked if we didn't enforce it.

Not sure we are going to get a full days play in today but i reckon we need to take 13 wickets today to ensure victory, otherwise settle for 12 points which will take us to 110 points after 7 games, which ain't too shabby. Looks like a deluge of rain tomorrow morning with drier spells in the afternoon, but likely the ground won't be playable again before close of play.

Benkenstein was quoted as saying he's not sure if they would enforce the follow on yet, which translates to of course they will but they aren't telling Derbys that.

Obviously it will all be academic if Derbys score to 70 or 80 runs they need to avoid it.

If the follow-on target is not reached but it is not enforced with such a poor weather forecast it would seem to be very strange tactics.
Anyone think Carbs will get a (final?) chance today?

In that case I hope we get in enough overs today to clinch the third bowling point.
