Looks like Middlesex have lost Voges for the rest of this game. Very unfortunate for him and Middlesex, and hopefully it is nothing more serious than concussion, but I guess it goes someway to cancelling out us losing Topley early on in the Warks game (before he too was able to do his 'proper' job).

Dawson misses out on a century, looks like the innings is going to fold up pretty easily. Mind you some decent bowling conditions out there today if the rain keeps away, better batting conditions tomorrow and Wednesday.

Good effort from Tino, rest of the tail were pretty hopeless, shame they couldn't stretch to a fourth batting point.

Still, good bowling conditions.

100 run short of what we'd have wanted when they took the new ball. But a short batting line-up combined with a strong seam attack has done for us.

Rain expected around 3pm. Lots of cloud cover.

Perhaps Tino Best should have stayed retired!

Real shame that we've only got three sessions left, rather than effectively five (had it not been for the weather yesterday). It's denied us the chance of possibly both a great finish to this game, and a Hants win. As it is, I'd suggest it's an 80% draw, 20% Middlesex win following a shocking batting collapse.

Can't complain though. Most people will pick Yorkshire, Warks and Middlesex as their top three this season. So to start unbeaten against all three is no bad thing. Just as long as we don't then lose to the likes of Lancs and Somerset. Draws are great win mixed in with wins. Draws are useless when mixed in with defeats.

Will 16 draws be enough?!

About a year and a half!

Madonna might have been a better bet.

Actually she did have a pad just down the road from here but gave it up in the divorce settlement.

Vince has wasted his opportunity to impress the England sele tors in this game.

Will Smith's poor start to the season continues.

15 of our 37 dismissals this season have been lbw.

Trigger happy umpires, from watching some of day two at Trent Bridge, poor decision making as well.
