More expansive yes. I didn't have him down as a big hitter but he played an extraordinary innings v Surrey last year in the YB40 http://www.espncricinfo.com/county-cric ... 93456.html

I imagine he will bat at 4 in the OD side, we basically need to look at him as Maccas replacement.

Actually now you come to mention it he does seem to resemble McKenzie in his attributes for the short and long forms of the game.

Theres something rather reassuring about having Slug and Wheater at 7 and 8, in a way its a shame they both move up a spot next week when Abbott arrives.
