Could make an argument that JC and Ian Smith are the best commentators in the world. Its good that NZ are in town

I've heard very little of Coney, but I am not a huge fan of Smith. Another Kiwi I am keen on though - Brian Waddle. I think he does television as well, but I have only heard him on radio. One of my favourites.

He does Rugby as well. It is more here I see/hear him.

New Zealand based Rugby commentators see (and talk of) only New Zealand Rugby - regardless of who they are playing. A bit like the Kiwi version of the average modern day Channel Nine Cricket commentator.

You'd understand now.....?

Healy knows no better, Slater seems a bit more educated so his behaviour offends me more..... Mark Taylor?

Ok. We'll settle for Taylor. Who offends me less than Slater, and way less than Healy - who, I think, is a qualified physiotherapist, so he has a uni degree behind him. I always viewed Slater as a Bogan from the Bush, who might've been lucky to finish high school.

I didnt say he was intelligent.... just "a bit more" intelligent then Healy.... who I assume doesnt know what high school is.

All pale in comparison to Mark Nicholas though..... Id rather spend a day with Ian Healy, then 5 minutes with Nicholas

Nowt better than a New Zealand home game delayed to rain and Sky Sports fill the void by going back to the studio for the thoughts of Jeremy Coney.

He's stopped doing that slightly annoying mannerism of sucking air in through his teeth. Making him even more perfect.

Really don't see what the point of this is... http://www.espncricinfo.com/england/con ... 84255.html

Moeen says he's worked hard on the doosra over the years so he'll try it in the T20 Blast but then he says he doesn't intend to bowl it in the Ashes. Why wouldn't he? Seems a waste of time to me.

World T20 qualifiers coming up soon. For some reason Scotland have left out Kyle Coetzer who is by far their best batsman.

When did Matt Machan change his name to Kyle Coetzer?
