Nice to see ICC discussing Bilaterial test series tomorrow.
It is so pathetic that test cricket has no meaning or context.

I see that there is a 17 year old Sri Lankan spinner - Kamindu Mendis - playing in the U19 WC, who bowls both left and right arm spin and has done so in the same over against Pakistan.

I hope he is good enough to play senior cricket for his country one day.

Does he have to notify the umpire if he's changing from one to other?

He will. Though a batter doesn't have to give warning if changing. Maybe the bowler shouldn't have to.

He has, and he comes over the wicket in both instances. Check it out on YouTube - for Arthur, The Roar (http://www.theroar.com.au) was where I saw it, but it is hard to find as they seem to play videos that don't relate to the specific article.....

Cheers GJ.

I see the ICC is in the process of reviewing the big three take over. It sounds like India are saying there should be more equality, which has a little irony about it.

And there has been resistance to Giles Clarke becoming head of the ICC. Surely given his image and reputation, appointing him to a leading role at the ICC would be a PR disaster. This is the man who was found on a bed of money with Allen Stanford, and his unsuppressible reptilian and sinister grotesqueness has done so little for the image of the ECB over a decade.

It seems people are finally realising the sort of person he is.

Unfortunately he will still be on board in some role so will no doubt still have some influence.

Geared up as I am to only hearing the worst, I'm totally unprepared for the Indian representative at the ICC talking about his board giving money back to the ICC apportioned after the breakaway, showing interest in the FTP and turning his back on the big three agreement. Could Shashank Manohar bring in a relief from greed is good pragmatism and introduce an era where the ICC embraces a role as custodians of the whole worldwide game.

perish the thought..... that sounds almost as implausible as Putin removing Bashar and giving up all Russian interests in Syria in favour of peace and stability for millions of displaced people

He said the phrase 'the big three' should be binned. He' talking about giving money back. And he says the system as agreed is not fair on those not formerly known as the big three.

Maybe he's the gardener mistaken for a lookalike at the ICC.

Wrong thread? Did you mean to post this on a Films thread?

Some fantasy plotline?
