Under 24 (personal criterion) and became regular first teamer in the last year.

For promising I do under 22 and debut in last two years.

Quite a few candidates for those categories.

If deKock is not an option then maybe Jayany Yadav - but tbh I don't see Yadav playing too many tests for Ind away from home ...
