I see he appeared in the Virginian too. I had a look and it's quite surprising how many big names appeared in those series. Bette Davis and Robert Redford were eye openers

He makes an appearance in 20000 Leagues Under the Sea with Kirk Douglas too, so he goes a long way back.

He was what I call a TP McKenna actor. Immediately recognisable, but whose name usually escapes me. There are some very good actors in that bracket, tbh

I didn't realise that he was the son of Oswald Mosley... I just didn't make the connection. Explains why the now dead NOTW (may it never rest in peace) chose to go with that particular angle when they invaded his privacy

I think he was the one entreated to squeal like a pig in Deliverance. That's what comes to mind.
