I doubt he will get longer than A, A and B. The rewards have to be taken in to account. Probabaly about the same as Amir?
Ian Bell: first England player to 10,000 Test runs.
Stuart Broad: first England player to 400 test wickets.

I think that you'll find there was insufficent evidence to charge him with spot fixing, that does not mean he was innocent, even the PCB are investigating him in regards to possible spot fixing.
