I didn't think to think that the BBC was having me on. Then I thought about it when you mentioned it. Then I googled. This fund is being massively increased from 2013...

Personally think that it is ridiculous.

Nah you could just say it was because he feared for his life after match fixing allegations.

Which is strictly true as those comments are attributed to him in quotes in various media forms.

Which is a more entertaining first day for you?

Your team bowling out the opposition just after tea?

Or your team 320-2 at the close?

Ah! Getting to 300 is a bit of an ask. Only been like that for a year, ddb.

I'd go for the wickets. Sort of assume most would.

The wickets, as long as they haven't been going at T20 pace.

They'd be back in the hutch for less than 200.

Oppo all out for 200 - anyday!

But I guess it depends on the pitch etc.

Can't beat a clatter of wickets to get the armchair hackles up, the virtual taste of blood in your mouth. 320-2 is a bit more like a nice evening out at some preferred artistic event.

Nice analogy. Also 320-2 makes you think what could have been on if it were 320-0... ;)
