I've disliked Cook's attitude for a while but now I completely despise him.

Well given he toured West Indies , and is in some form , I'd imagine Bairstow is in the frame also ...

Not sure why all you NZ fans care so much though :)

He left the bbc site because of the wums. Didn't realise he'd been on here.

I haven't seen him on this forum, but on the old Taverners forum. I got kicked off that one years ago for putting down the Barmy Army songs. Guess I touched a nerve they certainly got on mine.

Angus Fraser/sharp as a razor...

Tuffers, Tuffers/boing, boing...

Actually, I can always remember England bowled WI out for 47 in 2004 because of one of their songs, in fact their eponymous title track. That's the oral tradition of living history.

His stock became nil in my books after the incessant rant against the Sri Lankans for mankading Buttler last year.

Bayliss asked for a young squad. Wouldn't that exclude Footitt?

NZ will be big favourites for these. A young side will lose, and the old lags will lose. Yet the loss will be blamed on which ever way they go.

Probably, just wanted to get another left armer in. Won't be past it in 2019 though, will he?

Don't expect to win the series, but would like to see something a bit more encouraging than the last few years!

Plenty of patience has been shown to those who went before.

I got the impression that Bayliss wanted lithe young fielders. Maybe a 29 year old with a history of injury isn't that. But he would be an exciting pick.
