David Walsh is the ghost-writer. Chief sports writer for the Sunday Times. He also did Seven Deadly Sins on Lance Armstrong.

I don't understand why there was a confidentiality agreement in the first place.

I don't think Hayter & KP get on. Hayter mentioned this week that KP blocked him on twitter some time ago.
