Cricket grounds across the world come in various shapes, sizes and seating arrangements for specators to take in a game.

So in true CMS fashion, what is your favourite seating area for a game?

Seat in stand in wankhede at long off / on / 3rd man / long leg especially when Harby, Monty and KP field there. It's so much fun atmosphere.

I like to be in the Members area even though I long ceased to be a member.

Funnily enough, Durham don't seem to bother about this any more.

Anywhere (to date)
The embankment at Saxton Oval, Nelson - roughly behind the bowlers arm/long-off region.

At Yorkshire
Underneath the scoreboard for County Championship matches, purely for sun worshipping reasons.
Block B Western Terrace for T20 Blast matches.

Anywhere you can sit above/behind the bowlers arm.

Avoid, people standing up with their back to the games, singing about themselves.

A grass bank (with a picnic) at about third man/long on would be perfect. Normally sit at about square leg, about three quarters the way up when I go to Edgbaston.

Cant imagine a cricket match getting completed in India with open stadiums like those in South Africa and NZL.

There will be more spectators on cricket ground than players if there is no partition

The Swami Army loved their trip to New Zealand the last time India toured there, first time I heard of such a fan group.

As a kid watching the great DK Lillee running in, there was no other place in the world quite like Bay 13 at the MCG.

Follow the sun

although.........good luck with that at the riverside

follow the faintest hint of warmth. Move somewhere else upon onset of peripheral hypothermia

Anywhere where the air temp is greater than 7oC, which is pretty hard for half of the season
