There was a time when 5 tests for this series was not enough.
Would be surprised with any other than a clean sweep for the home team

Manus with another 100. Looks like this is a series where Australian players might get a statistical boost.

Aussies must have the most settled attack ever. These four have been fixtures for years.

True.
But after a huge, massive, agonising spell of interruptions due to injuries.
Not for Lyon - but with him, it was the 17 different spinners we went through between Warne and settling on Lyon.
These three in the pace attack have probably played more tests together than any other Aus pace trio. McGrath, Gillespie and Lee did well, but I think their careers didn't coincide as much as these three.

Typical score for Aussies at home. Adam Voges would have enjoyed himself.

This is not what Perth pitches should be. Just disgraceful really. 2 wickets in a day. A guy on 204 and another on 99.
Smiths stationary feet is something still trying to get used to, will it work? Got to wait and see when he plays on a pitch and not on a road. Still 29 test centuries and and average back over 60. Wont begrudge him the easy runs on offer here due to all his fine innings in the past. David Warner.......must be kicking himself.
Manus, who is the luckier player, him or Stokes? Answers on a postcard.

WI not pushing on from a great opening partnership. Now its just a case of seeing when Cummins will declare and hopefully we might see some ware in the pitch.
