True, but let's not kid ourselves. Totals like this are almost never chased, and England's batting is beyond flaky.

India will take this comfortably, and England will only have themselves to blame. Sub par first innings total, dropped catches, and why they can't bowl out a very weak tail yet again is beyond me.

Another dynamic is starting to creep in.... RRR now creeping above 3.5 an over. England have done really well to set themselves up, but if they want to win this match, they need in the next 30 minutes to start pushing the scoring rate on. In danger here of both batters looking to settle after the wicket and that RR just starting to get a concern.
