NZ recovered from a rotten start to finish on 222/3...Williamson on 94 at the close on the cusp of another century.

Slow day. Only 87 overs bowled , run rate 1960s style. Abbas very tight all day. Think I've been better off watching mostly Australia v India...

NZ seems to have adopted slow scoring recently.

Still slow...378/6 off 139. Apparently looking for another 600 score here :)

If they get that we will see if Pakistan can block out a game better than England did...

Pakistan collapsing. Jamieson doing well. With Southee producing again, wonder if Boult is getting close to the exit.

Temporary reprieve for Pakistan at 112/6 as hail stones as big as golf balls descended on the ground. Need a lot more precipitation over the next day or two to get out of this one though.

Getting back on soon I think.

Wow - what a collapse from Pakistan at the end. Great resistance for most of the day - I watched the first 2 sessions and it looked unlikely NZ would force a win.

A big win for NZ in the context of the test world championship I think

Jamieson seems to be on fire at the moment.

And a hundred for KW, number one bat in the rankings currently.

Another six wickets last night as NZ win again.

Kyle Jamieson is a more complete bowler than Jofra Archer. Can swing both ways, with pace and get batsmen out with any length.

It's a shame that the test season has now finished in New Zealand. Always good to watch a late night session or two.
