Holder out for 46. It's a pity the top order batsmen couldn't replicate that effort.

Maybe Gabriel should count as a half.

Well done Broady. I presume he's top wicket taker in the series.

Only 31 conceded for the six wickets. Must be one of his best returns.

Would you believe it's only his sixth best?

Having quite a game , is Stuart B

Backing up his comments after missing the first match .i suppose the counter argument is that it fired him up :)

But I do think England should recognise that he is now (arguably , with Anderson a bit injury prone) their number one bowler. And use him in the crucial moments - as they failed to do this morning.

I was quite surprised that England started with Archer and Woakes this morning.

Yeah me too. Archer was in the middle of an over so they had to start him ; but I'd assumed Broad would take the other end. Think they got (a) typically obsessed with a short pitched attack - and (b) thought they'd try and bowl the last four out while keeping the usual new ball pair fresh for the second innings.

Not the best plan. May not have forced the follow on anyway ; but I did fear Archer might leak runs too quickly.

Never mind . Have to bat well now and get the lead up as quickly as possible as I imagine we are going to lose quite a bit of time... At least the bowlers will get a rest.

Dowrich fumbled another ball from Gabriel, and got hit in the face. He's off and Joshua da Silva is the substitute fielder keeping wicket.

Not having much luck with injuries here , are they ? Wonder if Dowritch would have taken that stumping chance...

Just as well Gabriel is made of some indestructible material : he keeps looking broken - and keeps coming back.

Forecast is still coming up very wet for tomorrow. I presume England will declare today. Should be approaching 400 lead by then Unless Sibley is still in.

Can't see them getting anywhere near a 400 lead today. Going at 2.3 per over , Burns & Sibley tied down by the spinners. Shouldn't need that anyway ; but I wonder will they get enough to feel safe declaring with (nominally) two days left ?
