Solid start to the international season for Australia. 3 easy wins against a very poor SL.

And rain preventing another easy win against Pakistan today.

Australian batsman appear to be happy at home again. Warner yet to be dismissed in T 20 this summer.

I see Pakistan have a sixteen year old in their Test squad, Naseem Shah. Not much about him on Cricinfo. Looks like he's a pace bowler. Played six first class games.

Pakistan have three teenage pace bowlers in the squad.

Smith have a good t 20 summer so far.

Pakistan have made a game of this, though easy in the end for Australia.

Didn't think Smith played T20is.

After the ashes his name would be selling tickets.

I was surprised to see him in the team, but he has done well. Maybe not the hardest challenge in cricket though.

The biggest problem Smith, and Aus, have with Smith paying T20is, imo, is the possibility of burnout.

He sure looked in good nick last night.

So far very comfortable for Australia.

Australia's Agar experiment continues. 6 wickets this summer so far. Seems not to have done much at shield level though.

That's a very big thrashing. Hard to imagine that the WCT20 qualifiers will do any worse than that.

Pakistan are the number 1 ranked team? Did i read that right? The T20 start to season has been a let down. Cant believe CA will be happy with the way it has gone. A few of the batsman and bowlers though will be extremely happy.

With the bat the usual suspects performed for Australia, which suggests that when they come up against good opposition in foreign conditions, the same problems are there.

Pakistan won 17 out of 19 last year. In 2019, they've won only 1 out of 10.

onto the 1st class game, and Pakistan have sent Australia a bot of a warning. After posting 428, which included unbeaten centuries by Babar and Shafiq, Pakistan then bundled Aus A - which included test hopefuls Harris, Burns, Head, Pucovski, Bancroft and Carey, as well as Khawaja - out for 122.

A couple of tests spots there for the taking, and no-one stood up, except for a 49 by Bancroft.

Could be a long summer for Steve Smith...
