After the first day's play against Worcester, the batting lineup from the first test looks secure.

Hazlewood, with his 2/2 from 4, has at least waved the Halzewood flag in front of the selectors.

despite his twin failures in Edgebaston, I don't see his position is under any threat.

Could have played him to find some form possibly.

Two for Haze and Mitch3. But the latter going for a lot of runs.

Three for Haze.

Mitch3 hasn't been thrown the ball yet.

So it seems we have found the answer to giving Australia a run for their money. I expect a call up for Alex Milton in the morning.

So, Australia have a few questions to sort out before the fourth Test...will they do it in this final warm-up?

My team would be something like this....

1) Harris
2) Bancroft
3) Khawaja
4) Smith
5) Warner
6) Head
7) Paine
8) Starc
9) Siddle
etc....

You'd have to give Marsh a run out , surely , Mike ? If they want a fifth bowler for Old Trafford he'd need to be considered.

Marsh is playing and he took a wicket.

Derbyshire 172 all out.

Neser and Starc took three wickets each.

Starc must play in the fourth Test surely?
