seriously where as he shown that he only ever played 2 or 3 decent knock ever in test cricket.
Crap technique, has no faith what so ever in his batting at one point MS Dhoni and the selectors had to treat him as a bowler since he never believed that he was a batsman in international cricket.

The guy averages 24 from from 28 innings plus this guy was picked as a batsman and was originally down to bat in number 6 and wasn't even considered for his bowling lol when he made his debut and since then he been moved to 7 8 and 9 with Saha, Ashwin batting ahead of him.
Scrap that I have more faith in Bhuvaneshar Kumar in surviving a tough spell than Jadeja.

saying that jadeja found a nice role at number 9 as an attacking batsman/slogger but the fact is he will never really be a batsman good enough to score hundreds or fifties in international cricket.
2 fifties in 28 innings is a poor return for a batsman.

Really any batsman can't score centuries or fifties if they don't trust their defence and Jadeja doesn't which is why he got a poor average and generally slogs is way to a score in Test and I guess he doesn't even care about his batting now that he is a bowler, probably just cares about slogging and being an aggressive batsman that suits T20 and odis.

The biggest mystery ever will be his first class record since as sussexpop said before generally even if batsman score 200 or 300 in road or flat decks they still have some talent and obviously jadeja must be a decent batsman to score 3 triple hundreds and 7 first class tons, but in his 150 or so international games he has never shown the skill or talent from someone that scored 7 first class tons or averages 50+ although it is now low 40s because of his test record.

never seen jadeja as a fine batsman, right now I would treat him as a Swann a slogger at number 9 and just like Swann he never felt settled in international cricket the faster bowlers or better bowlers had is number, but was good enough to score annoying runs down the order at a quick rate.
Also swann i believe was averaging 30-35 during 2005-2008 for his county and was a front line batsman for them and opened in limited over games, but didn't look like that solid batsman for england and just like jadeja now probably doesn't care much since he is pretty much a bowler now.

Saha's had a good game with the bat, maybe turning round a corner in his test career..started scoring runs recently, his glovework has come on leaps and bounds, and finally looks settled in the side, good to see him performing well

Ashwin is a seriously good all-round cricketer, whereas jadeja is a flat track bully, who's left arm darts somehow still mystify batsmen..

Surely that is joke, TBH the lodha vs BCCI battle is starting to get really annoying now, some of the lodha recommendation are odd and now BCCI are taking a next level to cancel the entire tour.
wonder what this means for the england series.

good win for India, on a very unindian wicket - excellent bowling from Bhuvi in the first innings and Shami as well.

looks like BCCI are playing a dirty game at the moment, stop cricket in india which will send shockwaves in the ICC which in return means ICC will have to take action to make sure cricket actually survives considering without india the game dead.
Although not sure what BCCI gets out of it considering if the goverment interfering wouldn't BCCI get banned with ICC just forming a new board, well that is the impression I get and that is what ICC president said a few weeks ago when BCCI was calling for ICC help in the matter and they rejected the help pleas.

be jokes though if BCCI basically get disbanded and ICC take control of cricket in India and BCCI lose everything.

but BCCI probably got loads of good lawyers so they probably know what they doing and are confident they will get control of indian cricket again.

although did it really have to come to this couldn't lodha and BCCI reach a common ground, they both on the wrong.
