I heard on the ABC today that the team's name for him is Goat. If anyone else heard about this, keep your powder dry.

So we can see the best reasons for this.

I'm definitely having a slow one today. I was thinking of goat the animal.

A goat rather than a lion. It's a tiger you catch with a goat not a lion. A goat is someone with a voracious and indiscriminate sexual appetite.

This is the one. in terms of wicket taking, for Australia, fingerspinning.

Apparently he does not like this name. Knowing this, I would assume that the team will use it more and more.

Lyon is in terms of wickets. Averages though (50+ wickets), it's Hugh Trumble and someone called Joey Palmer, by a mile, then Ian Johnson, Ashley Mallett, the great Bruce Yardley, and then Garry.

Agree that 50 overs will be enough tomorrow provided there is time for that many. The main threat Williamson is gone. Watling will be the most prized wicket tomorrow IMO. NZ's perennial man for crisis.

Anyone else noticed the change in Mitchell Johnson's action?

Weather forecast says a few showers, but there will be an early start. Should be fifty overs minimum, but the pitch is still good. This partnership plus Watling will be the key for New Zealand. They can undoubtedly get out of this with a draw with some application.

If McCullum bats all day, NZ will win this.

knowing mccullum he is thinking of making 250 off 150 balls and winning the game

after seeing him make 150 in a twenty twenty at edgbaston earlier in the year i wouldnt rule it out as impossible
