Generally it is hard or impossible to get a visa again after leaving and coming back to the same country in 3-6 months.

they probably do but couldn't get a visa in time to play in this test match.
They tried to get the visa yesterday but couldn't get it on time for him to arrive in Abu Dhabi.

Which suffers in comparison with the atmospherics you used to get on Radio 3 in the middle of the night listening to commentary from distant grounds. The interference from Radio Tirana.
